How to I get form one airport to another in Flight Simulator X?
So, I set up a flight path that started at LAX and ended at San Francisco INTL, but once I take off, how do I know which way to go?
Is it possible to set up a flight path and have those green arrows tell me where to go?
The above answer is great and much more realistic than this one. But if you want a super easy way to fly a straight line between two points (assuming there are no moderate to strong winds) you can create your flightplan, click the NavLog button in the flight planner and look at the column titled "Hdg" next to your destination. Then use the compass (a very non technical term for it!!) to fly in that direction. But beware, this will in no way get you lined up with the runway at the end. Not realistic at all, but hey, you gotta start somewhere.
