how do i achieve 10% body fat/ six pack abs?
I have been offered to do some male modeling. I'm in good shape, run a 5:30 mile, play hockey, and lacrosse, however i need to chisel away a minor layer of fat in my mid section. Any dietary or exercises to recommend. Essentially what do I need to get my body fat % below or equal to 10% safely, without starving myself, and how do i do it. Last time i checked I was around 13% body fat. Currently i have a six pack when i suck in, but i need it to be a permanent fixture.

diet is the key.
look into Keto dieting , it will help alot. Its basically an extremely low carb, high protein, moderate fat diet. its very effective.

Tri-Valley youth sports results
The Stingers finished the regular season with a 6-3 win over the Scorpion A2 team. Strong defense from Jared Small, Nicholas Kesler, Zack Gamble, Michael Leonard, Michael Deane, Graham King and Bradley Jacobsen preserved the win. Joe Peterson scored four goals.
